Do not be angry

      Hadith in English

1. It is narrated by the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:

The one who is strong is not strong, strong is the one who overcomes himself in a state of anger.          (Bukhari)

**************************

2. It is narrated by the authority of Abu Dardah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless           him and grant him peace, said: When one of you gets angry and he stands up, he should sit down.

Advantage:
The meaning of Hadith Sharif is that one should adopt the condition of mind which gives peace            for mind by changing the condition so that the harm of anger is less. Less is more likely to be              caused by standing than by sitting, and less by lying down.

**************************

3. Hazrat Atiyah narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Anger is    caused by Shaitan.

Shaitan is born of fire and fire is extinguished by water, so when one of you gets angry, he should        perform Wudhu.

2. Hazrat Abuzer (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya:

Jab tum mein se kisi ko gussa aaye aur woh khada ho tho is ko chahiye ke baith jaaye agar baithne se gussa chala jaye (tho theek hai aur agar nahi gaya tho is ko chahiye ke lait jaaye.

Faida : Hadees shareef ka matlab yeh hai ke jis haalat ki tabdeeli se zehen ko sukoon miley is haalat ko ikhtiyar karna chahiye taake gussa ka nuqsaan kam se kam ho.

Baithne ki haalat mein khade hone se kam aur letne mein baithne se kam nuqsaan ka imkaan hai .
