1) Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (RA)  narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: The beauty and perfection of man’s Islam is that he refrains from idle talk Hadith means: not talking nonsense and avoiding un necessary troubles is a sign of perfect faith and is the splendor of man’s Islam.

Zuban ki hifazat –

2) It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Sahl bin Saad (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: Whoever gives me the responsibility of the limbs between y jaws and my legs (that he will not misuse the tongue and the evil one) then I give him the responsibility of heaven.

3) It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Haris bin Hisham (RA) that he asked the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) ? Tell me something I’m holding on to. He pointed to his blessed tongue and said Keep it under your control

4) It is narrated on the authority of Abu Juhaifah (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) asked the Sahaabah ? What is the most pleasing deed in the sight of Allah? All remained silent and no one answered, so he said: The most preferred action is to protect the tongue.

5) It is narrated on the authority of Anas bin Malik (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said A servant cannot attain the truth of faith unless he protects his tongue. (Tabarani Majma ‘Al-Zawaid)
